We need legal documents in order to get verified to set up campaigns & buy phone numbers on your behalf. If you do not have these available yet, we can take care of it later.

If applicable, also include your DBA ("Doing Business As") certificate to confirm your operating name matches your public listings.

Below documents are required for setting up Google Ads.

Upload a PDF file to show proof of insurance. The file should contain current documents of general liability insurance for the practice. A certificate of insurance document must clearly show the amount of liability insurance and the expiration date, and the policy must satisfy the minimum insurance amount specified by occupation here: $250,000 for Flooring Pro.
Business licenses must clearly show the business name entered at signup and an expiration date. If your license is under a different business name, also submit a Doing Business As (DBA) document.
